Father John ZEITLER, for four years pat of the Catholic team of the Leon Region serving churches of Mount Ayr and Maloy, is now in Tanzania,
East Africa. This is located on the eastern coast about one-fourth of the way north from the African Southern tip.
Mount Ayr Community High School's jazz band picked up its first major jazz band competition victory when they were judged ahead of
15 other class 2A bands at the Southwestern Community College jazz band competition Saturday.
Raiderette JV wraps up 15-1 season with best record ever and the Raider JV closes at 11-5.
