Olney Reunion
The descendants of George Washington and Rachel Catherine (MILBURN) OLNEY held their annual reunion on September 5, 2004
at the Redding United Methodist Church basement. The family was saddened by the death of Leslie Claire OLNEY, youngest
son of the late Harrison and Ethel OLNEY, on July 26, 2004. Vera COMBS was the oldest member present and Justina
WIMER was the youngest. Justina is the great-granddaughter of Vera. Clark and Helen MILLER of Whitter, CA
traveled the farthest. Those attending were Vera COMBS, Helen COMBS, Carroll OLNEY, Dale OLNEY, all of Redding;
Raymond OLNEY and Ila SAVILLE of Bedford; Michelle RILEY of Maryville, MO; Buford and Wilberta WEDDLE of Ravenwood, MO;
Ed and June COMBS, Perry and Ila Faye MAGGARD, Melody, Zachary, Courtney WITHEE, all of Des Moines; Justus (Pete)
and Margaret OLNEY and Mac and Catherine DONAVAN of Holliday, MO; Ronald and Verla DAMMAN, Kevin and Lori WIMER,
Jacob, Jeremy and Justina, Bill and Sherry DAVISON, Jason and Anthony, all of Grant City, MO; Rose JAMES,

The next reunion will be September 4, 2005 at the Redding United Methodist basement.

September 6 - Ed and June COMBS from Des Moines came Sunday to visit Vera and Helen COMBS and they all attended the
OLNEY family reunion at the Redding United Methodist Church basement. Dean OLNEY from Sacramento, CA visited
Vera and Helen COMBS Tuesday evening.
