JOHNSON REUNION
The annual JOHNSON family reunion was held September 16 at the Tingley community center. Fifty-two relatives were in
attendance. Chuck LONG of Minnesota returned thanks before the potluck dinner. It was decided to hold the reunion again
on Sept. 21, 2008 at Tingley. Those attending the reunion from out of state were Colleen NETCOTT of Lakewood, WI; Chuck,
Sandy and Zack LONG of Beaver Bay, MN; Sharon LONG of Re, GA and Traci and Dennis NEELEY of Saint Joseph, MO. Those
attending from Iowa were Brad and Becky JOHNSON of Creston; Doris BEEN, Rod, Laurie, Corey, Dana and Nathan BEEN of
Belmond; Steve, Jen, Kevin and Tervie BEEN of Clarion; Carl and Gloria Van ZEE of Colfax; Carla Van ZEE of Des Moines;
Herman and Jo Anne BOOTS of Cedar Rapids; Dianne MILLER, Kayla MILLER and Coen AVILA of Denison; Jim and Marci, Ashton and
Alyssa JOHNSON, and Glee MOBLEY of Benton; Brenda, Alan, Austin and Elaina NEWELL of Sully; Willie JOHNSON of Newton;
Greg and Christa HARTSOOK of Madrid; Larry and Leta THOMPSON of Cumberland; Polly and Gary HARTSOOK of Shannon City;
Pat JOHNSON, Harriet LONG, Cleone THOMPSON and Cleone HOSFIELD of Mount Ayr; Jana JOHNSON of Des Moines and Bob and
Jennifer JOHNSON of Tingley.
