Comer Reunion
Descendants of Allen and Rhonda COMER met at the REC building in Mount Ayr on September 13, 2003. Those in
attendance were: Christina COMBS PHILLIPS; Dwight and Marie PHILLIPS PLAINT of Tulsa, OK;
Kathaleen COMBS GROVE of Afton, OK; LaVon SCOTT PINE, Gerri SCOTT HARNS ILSTRUP and Vi SCOTT ROBERTSON of Des Moines;
Don and Vada CAMPBELL WORLEY of Buffalo, MO; Everett and Marie CAMPBELL, Duane CAMPBELL, Leota CAMPBELL ROACH of
Grant City, MO; Myrtle COMER BELEW of Creston; and Lee and Shirley COMER BRAND and Merl COMER of Mount Ayr. This is the
first reunion the COMERS have had for over 50 years so it was enjoyable meeting first cousins whom some had never met.
All enjoyed lunch at the All Seasons Cafe and then went back to visit and look at pictures.
