MONICA (WARD) HADDOCK BADGLEY

Monica (WARD) HADDOCK was inducted into the Iowa Girls High School Basketball Hall of Fame in 1969. She played four years with A.I.C. in Davenport and one year at National Business College in Nashville. In 1941 she was selected as an all-American, the third Iowa girl to be so honored. She was also a national free-throw shooting champion and a member of the A.A.U. All-State team in 1941. Monica was a 1937 graduate of Maloy High School.

Her four children are now adults, are gone from the parental home and Monica is now Mrs. Perry BADGLEY of Carson City, Nevada.
