Nieland - Kann marriage - 1951

NIELAND, KANN, JURGENSON, MEIER, FROMMELT

Miss Donna Mae Kann, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Kann and Norbert Nieland Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. N. Nieland Sr., of Guttenberg were united in marriage at St. Mary's Catholic church on Tuesday morning Oct. 01. The Rev. L. Gruenawald officiated. Mary Kann, sister of the bride, was maid of honor, and Mrs. Harold Jurgenson, sister of the groom and Carola Mae Meier, cousin of the groom, acted as bridesmaids. Alton Frommelt, cousin of the groom, served as best man, and Herbert Kann and Cyril Eilers acted as ushers.

Mrs. Nieland is a graduate of St. Mary's high school, also of Pitz Beauty school of Waterloo. The groom has been employed in Farming.

After a wedding trip the couple will reside on a farm.
