Jerry Elwyn Peterson was born July 29, 1925 to Arthur Marion and Grada Wilhelmina Roetman Peterson. He died Sept. 20, 1945 and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Clarion, IA.
Pvt. Peterson served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 1337th Base Unit and died at the 234th General Hospital in India while in the service of his country.
