Turo in 1850 Census

TURO, THOUROT, TOUROT, TOURO

Anyone come across any of those surnames in Scott County circa 1850. The family is in the US Census in Scott County Iowa that year, but mostly back in Syracuse NY by 1855. I think Peter Turo sr b 1797 passed away out there between 1850 and 1860, and I think his wife Suzanne b 1794 passed away out there before 1850. In any case 1850 is the last solid reference I have for Peter Sr., and Suzanne is not listed. Later, one of their sons George Tourot came back to Iowa with a nephew Louis Touro, but Linn and Dubuque Counties not Scott.
