Graveside services for Dorothea Swanson, 86, were held at Oakdale cemetery, Wilton, Nov. 22 with the Rev. Telford Dindinger officiating. She died at the Iowa City Care Center Nov. 21.

The daughter of Hugo and Adelia Ruyman Jahr Sr., she was born in Minnesota April 7, 1902. She had lived in the Wilton and Davenport areas. She is survived by 2 sisters, Pearl Giese, Atalissa and Adaline Jahr, Muscatine. She was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
