WAVERLY - services for Maurice “Pat” Pace, 65 of Waverly, will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Waverly; burial in St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery, Waverly; he died Saturday morning (June 10) at Allen Memorial Hospital, Waterloo, of heart failure
He is survived by his wife, Bernita of Waverly; five sons, Joseph W. of Forest City, Michael P. of Sparta, Wis., Timothy R. of independence, Mo., Stephen J. of independence, Mo., and David P. of Sstorm Lake; two daughters, Ann M. Opatz of Lisbon and Carol E. Simmons of Cedar Rapids; ten grandchildren; a brother, Robert of Milan, Mo.; and two sisters, Florence Truesdell of Cedar Falls and Mrs. Wilbur Wolf Waterloo.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Winston and George.
Friends may call any time after 11 AM today at Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home, Waverly.
