Mrs. Sherman Strong, residing one and one half miles west of Gladwin was found dead in her bed at day break Saturday morning. She had complained of a pain in the region of her heart the night before, but aside from this had experienced no warning. At about midnight her husband had talked with her at which time she seemed in normal health. When Mr. Strong awoke early Saturday morning the found his wife had passed away. Coroner J. H. Collins of Letts, was called and an inquest held. It was the verdict of the jury that heart failure or apoplexy was the cause of he woman's death. Mrs. Strong was 38 years of age. Her maiden name was Ida Waruich. She is survived by her husband and five children and by three step children. The funeral services were held from the Swank church near Gladwin.
