Julie, Community records in Lee County and St. Francis County Arkansas say that Joseph Holub and Mary Powlishta Holub had three children Joe, Frank, and Annie. Other records say Joseph senior was born in Austria around 1850 and immigrated to the USA around 1850 (www.argenweb.net). I was always told they came from Bohemia. They lived in Nebraska, moved to Goodwin, AR and then Holub Crossing in Lee County, AR. My father is Frank Roland Holub, my Grandfather was Fred Roland Holub, my great-grandfather was Frank Holub, the son of Mary and Joseph.

It sounds very similar to your records, but important things don't match i.e. John born to Joseph and Mary Holub.

My quest is to find the town and country of my origin.
