... Martha HOLT, a colored woman who was well known in this city, died at her home on North Sixth street yesterday, after an illness of several weeks from fever. She was about thirty-five years of age, and was said by those who knew her to be a very excellent woman. ...

Miss Martha HOLT, a colored lady, died at her home in this city, Tuesday. She was about 35 years of age (sic - 32) and had been ill for several weeks. She was said to be an excellent woman. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon from the residence at 3 o'clock.
