Marriage certificate

According to my records John Mullins (25 Mar 1844 - 29 Jan 1894) Martha Jane Hammond (17 Jun 1849 - 02 Dec 1930) were married in May of 1871. I'm assuming they were married in Marengo since I know that at least two of the children were born there. Both John and Martha Jane were born in Donegal Country Ireland and I want to see if its possible to obtain their parent's names. I believe that Martha Jane's father was William and mother was Martha J [something]. I don't have any records of John Mullins parents names.
