Eddie, the thirteen year old son of John Jacobson died at this place, on Saturday, October 23, and was buried Monday, the funeral services being conducted by Rev. Eastvold at the Lutheran church. The deceased had been a sufferer for a number of years, and death came as a welcome guest. He leaves two sisters and a father to mourn his departure from this life. His death was but a transmission from earth to heaven, "The young are precious in God's sight." The bereaved have the sympathy of the community.
