John Simar was my GreatGrandpa, he lived in Fayette Co. from about 1855 till 1871, when he once again relocated, this time to Jewell Co. Kansas, where he took a Homestead, on Ash Creek, near Burr Oak, he died on this Homestead in 1883.

Dean A Simar, father was Alfred J Simar, who's father was Burton J Simar, who's father was John Simar, the homesteader in Jewell Co. Kansas,
