Thursday while engaged in washing clothes, Mrs. Thomas Munsey had the misfortune to run a needle into the palm of her hand, the same having penetrated the flesh near her thumb. After the needle was removed, it was found that it had broken off and the point remained. The wound although causing much pain for a time, is now healing nicely.
