O. S. Carlson, residing about two miles south of town, sold his farm this past week at $214 per acre, Frank Foster of near Earling being the purchaser. Mr. Carlson expects to hold a sale this coming winter and vacate the place in the spring, at which time he and his wife contemplate starting on a trip aboard, where they will visit their people who reside in Sweden.
