Hope Lutheran church, Littleport, was the setting Sunday for the marriage of Miss Gloria Ruegnitz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ransom Ruegnitz of Elkport, and Robert Kelso, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Kelso of Atlantic. Mrs. Paul Johnson served as matron of honor, bridesmaid was Miss Peggy Ann Kelso, sister of the groom. Little Janet Ruegnitz, cousin of the bride was flower girl. Ronald Guttenfelder of Atlantic served as best man, and Jack Kelso of Jefferson, served his brother as groomsman. Ushers were Frank Rockufeler of Cedar Rapids, and Bill Hoover of Atlantic. Miss Janice Ruegnitz sang several selecions, and Miss Barbara Ruegnitz lighted the Tapers. Marlene Ruegnitz had charge of the guest book.
At the reception held in the church parlors after the ceremony, Mrs. Roy Ruegnitz cut the cake, and Miss Jean Lyness poured. Mrs. E. C. Pust and Mrs. H. H. Liddy served the bridal table.
After Nov. 26, the new couple will be at home at 1743 1st Ave. S.E. in Cedar Rapids, where Mrs. Kelso is employed by Killians Beauty salon, and Mr. Kelso by the Chicago and N.W. Railroad.
