Look at the 1915 map of Jerome in the 1915 collection of Appanoose County maps sent by Jim Stuber. In the lower left hand corner see the property owned by Sedgwick plus the cemetery and school property on the upper right hand of the section. This section was Jacob Stoner's original land grant.
