I found Zerbis family in 1900 census (Allamakee Co. Lansing Twp)as follows:
Jacob b. Oct 1831, 68, immigrated 1857, occ. carpenter
Mary b. Oct 1846, 53
Harry b. Nov. 11 1877, 22, occ. salesman, grocer
Jacob b. Feb 1881, 19, occ. cutting buttons
Edward b. June 1883, 17, occ. cutting buttons
George b. Feb 1885, 15
Manne? b. July 1887, 12, at school
In 1910, same location is:
Jacob Zervis (note spelling) age 79 and wife Mary age 63 and dau. Mary, age 23 occ. button driller.
Also in 1910 same location is:
Jacob Jr, age 30, wife Maud age 28, no children. He is a button cutter.
Also in 1910 same location is Harry, age 32, wife Mable age 23 and son Lyle age 11/12. Harry's occ. is laborer.
