Linda K. Kirkpatrick, 27, of 727 10th Ave. SW died Thursday at Mercy Hospital following a brief illiness.

Born April 18, 1954 at Waukon, she graduated from LaSalle High School in 1972 and attended Kirkwood Community College. She was employed by Mercy Hospital and was a member of St. Patrick's Church.

Surviving are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Kilpatrick of Cedar Rapids; six sisters, Mrs. Peter Prentice, Mrs. William Cook, Mrs. Charles Monnahan and Evelyn Kilpatrick all of Cedar Rapids. Mrs. Walter Drew of Palo and Loraine Kilparick of Waukon; and six brothers, John V., Dale and Deryl, all of Cedar Rapids, Thomas and Robert of Palo, and William of Waukon.

Services: 11 a.m. Monday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church by the Rev. John W. Dalton. Burial: Mount Calvary Cemetery. Rosary: 8:30 p.m. Sunday at Teahen Funeral Home, where friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday.
