Died at his home in Paint Creek township on March 15, 1913, Henry Manderfield, after an illness of long duration at the ripe old age of 81 years.

He is survived by one brother, Lewis, with whom he has been residing, also a son Joe and daughter Tillie, who so kindly cared for him in his last illness.

Mr. M. was a good neighbor and held in high esteem by all of his acquaintances. His funeral was held at Cherry Mound church on the morning of March 17th, after Requiem mass for the repose of his soul by Rev. Father Hehir. The remains were interred in the cemetery near, where his mother and brothers and sister are peacefully sleeping to await the judgment call.
