CELEBRATION

Agreeable to
appointment the Citizens of Livermore met in McCauley’s Rink Monday
June 16, 1884 at 10 a.m. to make arrangements for a 4th of
July celebration, and were called to order by W. M. Brackett, Mayor.
Motion prevailed
that George C. McCauley be appointed permanent chairman and W. M.
Brackett secretary. The following vice presidents and committees of
invitation were selected from the several townships.
