The cemetery is located on East Mission Road within the city limits of Strawberry Point. There are three entries into the cemetery.

Sections include Deyo, Grannis, Chesley, Franklin, Strawberry Point, Carrier, Trustee’s (8 individual blocks), and Memorial (2 blocks). Memorial Block 1 and Trustee’s Block 8, are both still undeveloped. St. Mary's Catholic cemetery is located in the northeast corner.
