1928

The annual meeting of the Luana Lutheran Cemetery Association was held Saturday. The officers were re-elected as follows:
President - Fred Funk
Secretary - Mrs. Will Splies
Treasurer - Susan Chapman

Quite a few members have deposited a savings account of $50 or more in the Luana Savings Bank as a perpetual fund, drawing interest. Interest is payable annually to the Cemetery Association for the upkeep of the owners lot.

Officers of the Luana Lutheran Cemetery association were reelected at the annual meeting held last Saturday afternoon in the school house of St. John's Lutheran church. Those renamed are:
Karl Erb, president
Charles Doerring, vice president
Henry Schrader, secretary-treasurer
Walter Knuth and Paul Krueger, trustees

Karl Erb was reelected president of the Luana Lutheran Cemetery association at the annual meeting held last Saturday.

William F. Landt was chosen vice president, replacing Charles Doerring.
Henry Schroeder was reelected secretary and treasurer.
Elmer Marting was renamed a trustee.
Holdover trustees are Walter Knuth and Paul Krueger.
