I am Samuel KYSER & Rebecca (ARBUCKLE) KYSER's 3rd great-granddaughter. They lived in Dutch Creek Township, Washington Co, Iowa (last known). I have found his intestate records - he died Oct. 24, 1866, Washington Co, IA; she died Feb. 28, 1867, Washington Co, IA.
But I am UNABLE/wanting to find out WHERE THEY WERE BURIED.
Some say- New Haven Baptist Church Cem, Middleton Cem.; or just "the old church graveyard".
What Church GRAVEYARDS were around in 1866, to look for them?? How do I contact the sextons/church records/grave records?
