I have no problem with anyone using my scans. With the exception of the Rubio and Crawfordsville photos, most photos of the Washington scenic and building photos are from old postcards of the 1920's era that I have scanned that I believe to be out of copyright. If contributed by others, it is usually noted on the website. Several folks have let me copy their collections without reservation. Many of the Rubio photos belong to Sam Cook and to use those, folks would need to contact him.
