McMartin Mill

My great great grandfather drowned while waiting at the McMartin Mill. He and a friend were waiting to cross the Skunk River and Dave Jones became inpatient waiting for the ferry and decided to swim. He ended up drowning. I am trying to locate where this Mill was along the Skunk River. Can anyone help me?
