My mother was Cora Mae Woodell, and my grandmother Jessie Christine Murchison was married to John Woodell who came from Wappello, Iowa. John came across the plains on the wagon train to Oregon. John of course is my grandfather I all so would like to know where there land in Wapello was located. I live in La Grande, Oregon and there is lots of Woodells buried at the Summerville, Ore cemetary. There are a coup;e of Woodells that are living in Portland Ore that may be related to the rest of Woodells
