Clements and died in Agency, Wapello,Iowa on January 5, 1942 of chronic myocarditis, chronic nephritis.Doctor was CDN Gilfillan MD of Eldon,IA. Born September 3, 1851, age 90, in Baltimore Maryland. Father John Fair born in MD; mother Rebecca Fisher born in PA, informant Ana K Perdum of Agency. Burial 1/7/42 in Agency Cemetery. W.G Cambell funeral home #3006. Registrar Mrs. Fred Miller 90-5. date Jan. 7, 1942
