1990Leah Amos Satterstrom
Word has been received of the death of Leah Amos Satterstrom of Kingsburg, California, a 1925 graduate of the Farmington High School. She was killed instantly when struck by a car while crossing a street.
The accident happened when Leah and her brother Charles Amos were starting on a trip to China.
She attended Eastern Nazarene College at Quincy, Massachusetts, the Cleveland Bible College and Wesley College before her marriage to Joseph Satterstrom. She was an ensign in the United States Navy.
Surviving are her husband; two children, Sandra and Michael; two brothers, Charles Amos and the Reverend Harvey Amos of Oxford, Nova Scotia, Canada, and a sister, Ruth Amos Snell of Woodland, Washington.
A memorial graveside service was held in Kingsburg, California.
