Kenneth F. Burns

Kenneth Francis Burns, 70, 6861 Belgrave St., Garden Grove, CA., passed away June 3, 1990 at White Memorial Medical Center, Los Angeles, CA.

Born July 8, 1919, West Point, Iowa, son of Albert Van Hyning Burns and Bertha Burton Sherwood. He married Jacuelyn Weir (formerly of Douds, Iowa) February 3, 1950 in Des Moines, Iowa. He was a Veteran of World War II.

He is survived by his wife, one son, Gerald Burns, Garden Grove, CA.; two daughters, Juanita Bergstrom, Garden Grove, CA., Diana Burns of Van Nuys, CA., six grandchildren, one sister, Melva Jane Workman, Stockport, Iowa, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Ruth Lowry.

Services were held June7 at St. Polycarp Catholic Church, Garden Grove, CA., with burial at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Cypress, Ca. with full military rites.
