Mace Clarridge

Mace A. Clarridge, 86, of Birmingham died at 3:47 p.m. Sept. 11, 1990, at Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield.

He was born March 22, 1904, in Libertyville to Francis Anthony and Anna Hibbard Clarridge. He married Inez McVey on June 1, 1930, at Little Brown Church in Nashua.

A farmer, he graduated from Birmingham High School in 1922. He had hauled livestock and was a member of Bethel Methodist Church, Birmingham United Methodist Church, and Birmingham Lions Club.

He is survived by his wife.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Frances Nelson.

The service was held at 2 p.m. Friday, September 14, 1990 at Birmingham United Methodist Church, the Rev. Sara Malone officiating. Burial was in Fell Cemetery near Libertyville.

Burch-Raymond Funeral Home of Birmingham was in charge of arrangements.
