Finding the Yanda and Ebert Families

Can anyone connect to my Charles Ebert whose father was Emil and lived in Johnson Co, Ia?

Emil/wife Mary Reha had the following Children:
Ella, Charles born 12-2-1879, Albert, Rose in 1885 Census
Charles/wife Mary Yanda had the following children:
Ralph C, George C, Mary R.
I know that Charles died in Chicago in 1966.

I cannot locate the birth or death of Emil who was born in John Co, Ia. He is not in the 1900 or 1920 Census.

Yanda/Janda
There are so many Joseph Yanda's but I cannot find mine. He is in the 1885 Census as being 36 born Bohemia.
Joseph's wife was Anna Smetak
Their Children were:
Anna, Marie, Rose, Barbara
Barbara reported her mother's death 24 Feb 1908-St Joseph Cem. What happened to my Joseph?
