WILLIAMS, Leona F. CROWE McINTOSH burial place

I am attempting to locate the burial place of Leona F. CROWE McINTOSH WILLIAMS.

She was born May 19, 1925, in Albia, Monroe Co., IA.

Married first to Clifford Warren McINTOSH (1922 - 1973), who is buried in Wright Cemetery, Jefferson Co., IA

Married second to Merwin D. WILLIAMS (1920 - 2008), also buried in Wright Cemetery, Jefferson Co., IA

Leona died December 30, 2011, in Davenport, Scott Co., IA. Per the Cemetery and Funeral Home Collection on Ancestry, she was buried January 2, 2012, in Fairfield, Jefferson Co., IA... but no particular cemetery is given.

Jefferson County papers have no obituaries for any of these three people, and both husbands died in/near Humeston, IA, so no vital records exist locally.

I'd like to know what her death certificate says regarding her burial... was she also buried in Wright Cemetery?
