Great Grandmother death record

Dear Constance:
I am trying to find a death record of Martin Marek's wife whose name I think was Anna Marek. they arrived in Davenport in 1853 with a little boy Mike Marek who was three years old. Two weeks after they arrived in Davenport Martin's wife died. He stayed eight years before relocating to the Prarieburg area. I searched the gravestones but could find no record of her death.
