Hi! I am the granddaughter of Frank and Katherine Nadolski. My father was their 12th child, Harry Nadolski. I do have a little information that might be of interest to you. Frank Matthew Nadolski was born in Poland on 7/6/1870 and moved to the US at age 7 (another source says 11). His wife Katherine Sawinski was born on 10/31/1874 in LaSalle, IL. Their marriage of 54 years began on 11/27/2894 in Wilno, MN. They had 13 children. Their children in order of birth were, Tillie, Thomas (who died at age 1 1/2 of pnemonia), Mae, Pauline, Rose, Frances, Barbara, Eleanor, Agnes, Victoria (Johnnie), Marie, Harry and Margaret. They lived in Ivanhoe, MN and later moved to a farm in Argyle, MN. in 1915. In 1941 Frank retired from farming and he and Katherine moved to Davenport, IA where 3 of their daughters, Frances, Johnnie and Marie already lived. Katherine died on 12/10/1948 at the age of 74 in Davenport. Frank died in Davenport on 3/2/1951 at the age of 80. He was also survived by a sister, Mary Jarzena of St. Paul, MN.
