I couldn't tell if you were looking for Nina or any Biggart family in Sac county censuses in 1860 and 1870, but I couldn't find them there in those years. There was no 1859 census. Schaller wasn't platted until October 1882. When Nina was married in Schaller in 1886, it had already been established. Anyone living in Sac County in 1870 would have been enumerated in the Townships of Douglas, Jackson and Sac and in 1860 the Townships of Jackson and Sac.
Since I couldn't locate Nina in Sac county in those years, I looked to where she was born in Jones county, Iowa and I did find Nina in the 1860, 1870 and 1880 censuses living with her grandparents in Jones County, Iowa:
1860 Census: Greenfield, Jones, Iowa; M 653, Roll 328; Pages 73-74;
Nina V. Knight, 1, living with Daniel and Mary Kane; appears to have been given mistakenly by the census taker the surname Knight from Knight family enumerated with Kane family; They are all counted as part of Dwelling Number: 5111870 Census: Greenfield, Jones, Iowa; M 593, Roll 401; Page: 77A;
Nina V. Kane, age 11, living with grandparents Daniel and Mary Kane1880 Census: Greenfield, Jones, Iowa; Roll: 348; Page: 471D; Enumeration District: 338
Victoria Biggart, 20, living with grandmother Polly KaneHope this helps.
