Hi,

They married Jan. 14,1865. She died June 12,1911 in Heaton, SD.(her parnets Silas G. Breese and Henrietta Laswell or Larwell. Children of Henrietta and Wilson Smith were;Rosina Jane born June 30,1866; Dill Elsworth born July 28,1868-died October 17,1877; Elton Lee born Sep. 22,1870-married Carrie Elizabeth Goodrich on June 8,1899; Leon Ruber born February 26,1874-died Sep. 7,1875; Cyril Glenn born Aug. 22,1877-married June 14,1905 to Mary Elizabeth McMahon; Gertrude Brooks Smith born and died Dec. 21,1875.

No record of marriage of Rose and William Thurston in Sac County, Iowa in record book.

Wilson Smith obit;
The news brought to town Friday morning that Mr. W.L. Smith, who lived some seven miles west of town, had fallen into the well at his house and was taken out dead. Mr. C. T. Beckman and another person were passing the house at night, when they were hailed by Mrs. Smith, who said her husband could not be found. A search was made and he was found in the well, and was taken out, but life was extinct. Coroner Brown went out the next day and held an inquest. It is not positively knonw wheter his death was accidental or intentional.
Mr. Smith was about 60 years old. He was a soldier of the Mexican War, and in the war of the rebellion. For several years he has been badley afflicted with paralysis, and life had become a burden to him. He was a man of good heart and correct principles.
