DIED.

John Grant SELLARDS died at the home of his mother in Mt. Ayr on Saturday, September 4th, 1886, in his nineteenth year.

He was born in Mt. Ayr San. (sic) 31, 1868, and had grown up among us a quiet, unassuing, and noble boy. No one had more friends or fewer enemies, and few have lived more spotless lives. It had been known for some time that his stay on earth would be short, but whenthe dread messenger came, it threw a somber shadow over the hearts of family and friends. The burial was on the following Monday.
