DEATH of LESTER GERMAN.

Lester GERMAN, eighteen year old son of N. B. GERMAN, died yesterday morning at 4 o'clock after a six weeks' illness. Early in January he was taken sick with inflammation of the bowels. He had been gradually growing weaker and yesterday breathed his last. He was born in Ringgold county March 11, 1880, and has since resided here. Always of a bright, cheeful disposition he was well liked by his associates. The funeral services will be held this afternoon at 2:30 from the home, conducted by Dr. W. C. MARTIN, and the remains will be taken to the Oliver cemetery in Monroe township [near Ellston, Ringgold County, Iowa]. The bereaved relatives and friends have the sincere sympathy of the community.
