OBITUARY.

Mrs. Nancy FUNKHOUSER, wife of George FUNKHOUSER, was born in Ripley county, Indiana, March 7, 1847. She moved with her parents to Iowa in 1854, and was united in marriage with Mr. FUNKHOUSER Dec. 3, 1864. Her maiden name was BROSHAR. This marriage was blessed with ten children and six of whom preceded her to the better world. Mrs. FUNKHOUSER united with the United Brethren church in her 18th year, and was a true christian till her death, March 17th, 1887. She was a devoted and affectionate wife and mother. She leaves husband to mourn her loss. The funeral services were conducted by Bro. J. A. LESAN, from her home, Friday afternoon. The bereaved family have the heart-felt sympathy of many friends. --M.B.

NOTE: Interment was at Johnston Cemetery near Kellerton, Iowa.
