OBITUARY - MISS JOSIE FULLER.

Josie May, eldest child of Mr. and Mrs. Frank F. FULLER, was born in Litchfield, Medina county, Ohio, July 12, 1884, and died in Mt. Ayr Friday morning, March 18, 1898. Her sickness was of three weeks duration, death being caused by appendicitis. She came to Mt. Ayr with her parents in 1887, where she has since lived, with the exception of nine months in Tingley and a short time at her old home in Medina. She was an apt pupil and obedient scholar, loved by her teachers and classmates. She was a regular attendant at the M. E. Sunday school and church services. Her cheerful good nature and kind disposition won her friends, and she was a general favorite among her associates. Before her death she prayed for the family that they might be able to bear their great sorrow.

The funeral services were conducted Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the M. E. church by Dr. W. C. MARTIN. [Rest of the obituary is missing. Interment was at Rose Hill Cemetery, Mount Ayr, Iowa.]
