Thank You M Knight for the information- I appreciate it. I believe Orville & Pansy Rhoads /Rhoades were married by 1930- As I found them on the 1930 census living in Aurora, Kane county, Illinois. Orville ( Ourille) Rhoades is 29 yrs old -married at age 26 -born in Missouri- was a laborer at a nursery.-Pansy A. -22 yrs old-married at age 18 was born in Missouri.This looks to be the same people that lived in Iowa. Thanks you have been very helpful.I am going to be in Des Moines this week and I am going to try and find a 1981 newspaper with Pansy's obituary,hopefully that will tell me if I have the correct maiden name for Pansy.Would you know the name of the local newspaper for Council Bluffs?
