Funeral services for Albert Wiese, 92, Muscatine, were held Aug. 8, 1987 at the Greenwood cemetery chapel, with the Rev. William Means officiating.

Mr. Wiese died Aug. 6 at Valley View Manor, where he had been a resident for 3 years.

The son of William and Matilda Lange Wiese, he was born Sept. 5, 1894 in Atalissa. He married Stella Eberling Nov. 29, 1916 in Rock Island, Ill. He was a member of the First Baptist church and a 50-year member of the Atalissa Masonic Lodge. He had owned and operated Wiese's Auto Repair Shop.

Mr. Wiese is survived by his wife of Muscatine; a foster daughter, Bonnie Milton, Bettendorf and a grandchild. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 3 sisters.
