Finding death certificate

Hello,
I am looking for the death certificate of a Phillip Mcguire. He was born in Killeshandra, Cavan, Ireland in 1810 and died in Clayton County in 1870. I do not know the day and month. He is buried in Saint Patrick's Pioneer cemetery in Monona. How do I obtain a copy of his death certificate to hopefully find the name of his parents?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
