Miss Ruth Williams of Bussey and Merle Rouze of Chillicothe were united in marriage on Sunday afternoon at the home of the officiating pastor, Rev. E. L. Pullman. The single-ring ceremony was used. They were attended by Miss Edith Matthews of Chillicothe and George W. Onders of Bussey.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Williams, and formerly lived in the vicinity. The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs W. V. Rouze and is engaged with his father in the farming business. They will make their home there.

On Monday evening, a crowd of the neighbors went to the Rouze home to charivari them. The visitors were treated and a very pleasant time was spent together.
