Deaths - Betty Jean Hughes

Betty Jean Hughes, 86, of Unionville, Iowa, formerly of Newton, died on Saturday, May 29, 2010, at the Bloomfield Care Center. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, June 3 at the Wallace Family Funeral Home in Newton. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service.

Those left to honor Betty’s memory are her two daughters, Patricia Crook of Newton and Shirley Smith of Unionville, 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
