On Aug 4, 1898, I found a news article on Frank Spencer. A tramp vagrant was sent to county jail for 10 days by Judge Gray. I was hoping to get more information on this Frank. I came to Lyon Co. and looked at jail records, but I needed book one to get the correct date. They could not find the book. I was hoping that maybe someone could check for the book one for me. At the jail, courthouse or where ever the book could be, Thank you very much for your time and any help that you can give.
